Arrival-night ramen in a tiny, busy alley.
After landing at New Chitose Airport and checking in, this late ramen stop felt exactly right: small, cramped, warm, and full of first-night Sapporo energy.
The broth was the part that stayed with me: savoury, comforting, and exactly what I wanted after a long travel day.
